The hotel was a great place for enjoying a very quiet area, just next door to Annapolis. We had executive king room with air-freshener.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. We had 4 kids with us ranging in age from 5 to 9 and there was plenty for everyone to choose from and eat. The pool was ideal for the kids after spending a hot day in DC. Access to the metro was a short drive away and the staff was very helpful in giving us directions to get there. There were several restaurants within walking distance so we only had to drive to the metro. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit DC.

The queen room with a free blow dryer had all necessary amenities. Having a shower and hair dryers was a bonus. The setting was convenient, near to restaurant choices or bars, take out restaurants and a safe, nice area.

The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Shower was great. Room appeared to be clean. I would recommend to friends and family. The breakfast was very good.

When we arrived for breakfast there was no regular coffee.which was corrected about 10 minutes later. There was no bread for toasting. The toaster was there. The dining room was much too small for the large amount of people who arrived for breakfast. Some people took food to their room or ate in the sitting area.

Very close to Washington DC but not in the city, several good food chains within walking distance I-Hop, Panda Express, Baskin Robbins, etc. and a excellent breakfast served

When I got there we were told that they do not do any bookings thru you and that there were no rooms available...They were over booked and you were to have notified us thru email that they had no rooms. The clerk asked for ten minutes and came up with king size bed with fold away couch....Which accomodated us. This experience has left a bad experience for booking a hotel room....

The staff at Country Inn & Suites were warm, especially Glenn, who went out of his way to assist. The room wasvery comfy and tidy.

Better breakfast variety would enhance the experience.

Unable to find a seat for breakfast before checking out due to large tour group eating breakfast. Groups of this size should have access to large conference room or such for meals.

Great access to FedEx Field. Bathroom had mold issues.

I thought the people working there were very out going and friendly. Everyone was ready to help in any way needed. Breakfast was good. We did serve ourselves, but were not rushed and enjoyed our morning coffee. I would highly recommend a stay there and plan to return in the future.

I was disappointed that the pool was only 3 ft. Deep and very small. I wasn't able to swim.

The staff were all friendly and courteous. We stayed 1 week and used the time to travel by Metro into Washington and were near Annapolis. Our stay was comfortable and we particularly enjoyed Angela, who incidentally, in our opinion, is a great ambassador for your Inn. She is warm and friendly and looks after your guests beyond expectation. She was given so many hugs by guests, including us, with many many "Thank you" for her expert care in the breakfast room. She is, without a doubt, the best we have ever seen in our travels. I would highly reccomend "Country Inn & Suites by Carlson" to our friends and family and would definately stay again if they were all like the one at Capitol Heights.

We had a blast at Six Flags America, and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to zip back and forth. Plus, the staff was accommodating when we had questions, which helped keep our family's spirits high with two teens.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness should be improved significantly. They could really benefit from a better housekeeping team.

I've recently started staying at the hotel when I need a break from the kids the hotel is nearby and covienant the staff is very nice and the accomadations are great.

The only real complaint that I have is that on a couple of my stays I would have like to use the pool however, the pool water always looked murky and it smelled.

It has attentive, respectful staff.
